The Power of QiGong
In this 10-week course, you will incorporate QiGong and energy healing techniques rooted in Traditional Korean Qi Wisdom that has been used for centuries to energetically heal common ailments. QiGong is more than a series of gentle movements, it's a non-combative form of martial arts and energy healing that connects you to your true nature and natural healing abilities.
In 5x Sessions, we will learn and utilize the following:
Meridian exercises: Made of gentle and easy pulling, pushing, twisting, and shaking movements that open the body's 12 major meridian channels to restore the proper flow of energy, blood, and lymph.
Acupressure massage: A method of pushing on specific energy points related to the organs, bones, and tissues to turn on the body's own self-healing mechanisms. Acupressure is commonly used in Traditional Oriental Medicine to free blockages and promote relaxation.
Breathwork: Involves mindfully controlling the breath to accumulate energy in areas you are depleted to recharge and restore the body's natural function.
Qigong: Slow, engaged movements flowing with the natural rhythm of energy inside to help relieve pain and tension where you hold a lot of stress.

Meet Master Bama
Master Bama is an Energy Healer & Tao Master and has been practicing Body & Brain Yoga Tai chi for over 23 years. Through her experience, Master Bama has helped countless people discover the latent power within to heal their minds, body, and spirit, and to strive to reach their greatest potential. She has a natural ability to find the root cause of her client's issues in order to help them change their habits, manage their stress, and create a healthier, happier, and more peaceful life.
She currently serves as the Regional Director for Body and Brain Centers In Northern NY as well as the wellness program director at the Honors Haven retreat and conference, overseeing and guiding major retreats and workshops. She also serves as the main trainer for SUN Institute, New Jersey School of Integrative Health's Yoga Therapy and Hwalgong (Acupressure energy healing) therapy certified courses.
