As a fellow empath who faced many of the same challenges, I had to learn tools and techniques that would help me to stay connected to myself in an ever changing and overstimulating world. I developed habits that empowered me to not only to not be affected by my environment but also take part in creating it! During this 2-hour workshop, you will learn how to do the same!
